Alivio is not an emergency service and does not monitor requests for urgent help. If there is immediate danger or an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

Alivio and user-submitted content do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or advice from health professionals. Consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.
User-generated content
- Do not post threats, harassment, hate, violence, or content that promotes harm.
- Do not share another person's private data, impersonate someone, or attempt to expose them.
- Do not post spam, scams, illegal content, or dangerous instructions.
- Do not present user-submitted medical content as diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.
Report and block
You can report posts, replies, or profiles and block profiles through the available tools. A report does not guarantee a specific action; blocking limits visible interaction for your account according to the current features.
Account responsibility
Protect your credentials, keep your account information current, and do not attempt to access another person's account, private circles, or administrative tools.
Moderation
We may hide content or profiles, take no action on a report, restrict features, suspend, or disable accounts when needed to enforce these rules and protect the community. Decisions may rely on reports and administrative review.
